Baljiwan Ghutti : Ayurvedic Trust x Child Safety

BrandingWebsite

If Coca-Cola was precision-based on legacy brand language, Baljiwan Ghutti required completely different emotional intelligence.

This was a Rs 84 pediatric tonic from Aligarh positioning against maternal instinct, trust, and Ayurvedic credibility.

The tonal shift was dramatic: from dynamic, energetic motion to warm, gentle, reassuring presence. The product needed to communicate: 'Your mother used this. Your grandmother used this. It's safe. It works.' The V2 iteration reflected deep client feedback about what 'safety' looks like visually.

Authentic Ayurvedic elements reinforced tradition and credibility through real details. Simple, transparent visuals conveyed safety nothing flashy, nothing to hide.

The Finished Product

The V2 campaign achieved a 3.2x conversion uplift on retail platforms. The emotional, trust-based approach resonated particularly with mothers aged 25-45. 3.2x - Conversion Uplift

"The first version was beautiful. The second version was trusted. When we shared it with mothers, they said things like 'My grandmother used Baljiwan.' That's when we knew Swati had captured the emotional truth."
